A Dr Who Tardis at Strathclyde University

Today, I am feeling unwell with a Cold type Viral Infection

Since I didn't go out anywhere, I have put in another Wall Art that I photographed yesterday at Strathclyde University.
I thought it was unusual to see Wall Art of a Dr Who Tardis at 40 George Street.

I am sure there is some significance in it.
