Reading List…!!

I’m currently in reading mode again…..never really leave it but sometimes I’m obsessed..!
Working my way through this lot at the moment…with lots of David Baldacci thrillers thrown in for good measure…( l love his stories and his style of writing)….you may be able to see the Kindle there too…!!
Hubby buys me all his books at 99p on that..great value..!!
I’m afraid I’m not a great ‘Literary’ reader although I do read some classics..!   I love Jane Austen..!!

Do any other Blip readers know like me,  when you’re 2 or 3 pages into a book whether you’re going to ‘like’ it or not..!!??
I do and I’m afraid I have no patience to ‘struggle on’ with a read if I don’t like the style of writing…!!
Thankfully that doesn’t happen to often..!

I attended an eye clinic today (forgot to take photos)..for my annual glaucoma check up…thankfully all is well and under control..
That’ll be 200euros thank you very much…. I swear all of these medical clinics are just pulling prices out of the air now….just because they can….and this particular clinic has decided it’s not going to allow claim under our state health cover..!!

Then we had a lovely lunch with my cousin who lives close by…I brought her the trifle I made with my sponge cakes and strawberries and we had a feast..!!
