Atom Panopticon

Up on the hills at Pendle sits the Atom Panopticon. Intended both as a viewing platform and a shelter, as well as being simply a striking piece of art in the countryside, it's one of 4 structures installed across East Lancashire between 2003 and 2007 as a mark of the renaissance of the area.
