All creatures great & small …

And this one was very small.

The woods were teaming with baby frogs today. Thousands of them, looking like they were on a pilgrimage together. I rescued this little one off a footpath before realising how many there were!

We had a really rough night last night. We had booked a 9am vet appointment for Thiery the Cat so to make sure we’d have him, we kept him in last night. But he meowed loudly all night. ALL night. Ugh.

Elbows took him to the vets whilst I walked the dogs. Their time was coming later.

I had to shop before an older lady from our previous church came round for lunch and a wander in the afternoon. It was good to catch up with her as she was in our old Grow Group.

Late afternoon, Elbows arrived with an 11-year old boy who we know from church, who needed looking after whilst his mum was having prenatal checks in hospital. There was a little bit of drama but it was all ok. It meant that he needed to come with us to the double vet appointment for the dogs but again, it went ok.

He was then with us until mid evening before we walked him back to his home.

Hatbox and SkyeMan completed on their house today, so it was fantastic to have a video tour once they were in from work and had collected the keys. They have 2 weeks left in their rented home so that takes the pressure off. This new home of theirs is so lovely. Fields all around. Space.
