14,500 steps..!

Went for a walk & ended up walking all the way to an adventure centre on the Llandegfedd Reservoir, nearly 4 miles away.. luckily, I was sensibly dressed & took water & a lot of the time I was in the  woods.

I toyed with the idea of having a taxi back, I was so hot when I got there but after a latte & some lunch, I was cool enough to walk back..! 

I asked about cold water dipping but as the water is currently 22°, they have postponed their supervised sessions. I've never paddle boarded, so I've booked a Taster Session on Sunday instead..
