To bee or not to bee

A bee in a hollyhock is one to be prized. These beautiful hollyhocks were in a cottage garden we walked past on the way up the lane from Verulamium Park to St Alban’s Cathedral. There was a lovely cool breeze by the lake and we could have done with more sun cream. There was an ordination going on in the cathedral so there was some beautiful music wafting around. I bet the people inside were hot in their cassocks
