Long Lane

A fairly familiar view for me. H and I took the dogs for a long walk before the heat kicked in. It was quite overcast and looked like rain when we set off, boiling hot sunshine by the time we got back. I’m pretty sure long lane is very ancient, it certainly on every old map of the village that I’ve seen.

I then seemed to spend a lot of time cutting the grass. This led me to spend a bit of time investigating robot mowers, I think they are a great idea but one for our garden is still a little more than I want to spend ( £2k ish ). Maybe next year.

A little garden clearance for Hendstock, F1 quali and suddenly it was time for a gin.
