Rosea Malva

I’d planned a quiet day at home until my son in law rang and asked if I could run him and the wee man to Coldstream for a birthday party! Having dropped them off and driven back to Berwick as I was passing the care home I thought I may as well visit Mum whilst I was out. I spent a very warm hour or so there before heading to M&S for some shopping…I won’t need to go tomorrow now. Filled the car with fuel before heading home again. A quick chat with a friend who was passing as I got out of the car before unloading the shopping and putting it away. A quiet evening now…hopefully!

Not having taken any photos all day I had to nip into the garden this evening where the Rosea Malva is looking very pink. I’ve put an obelisk around it this year as it was flattened by the wind last year. It’s been another warm but windy day today…a bit overcast and muggy, I hope we’re going to see some more sunshine soon.
