I thought perhaps we were going to do a Saturday trip to Penicuik or somewhere but discovered that Donald had started to do his laundry which can take some time as we don't have washing machines in our flats, just a communal laundry downstairs. Anyway the day went on and we only managed one short trip in the afternoon but it was fair enough.
