Anyone home?

I had a late afternoon run today in Rosewell for a bit of variety. I hadn’t been here for a while so nice to revisit. My route includes a bit of the old railway path and then through the Whitehill Estate - now a golf course. The big house has had various lives including a hospital and children’s home. Although there has been work going on to renovate the building it doesn’t look like it’s occupied at the moment. A nice spot for the golf course though.
My run was very slow. Trying to tell myself that a slow run is better than no run.
