It was super hot today around 38 or even higher some said. Late in the day I dashed into the city to buy a ticket then went to catch the tram. Saw one small paper sign only to say they’re not running.. dashed back to where I was to get the metro to meet my student. Jump in the car he said, to cool down.. then on my way again, the tram was working from here, found my destination - a cool, quiet Pilates studio. I’ve kept in touch with an instructor I really liked from my Holmes Place days and got in touch. It was a tough session but I’m in good hands. Under physio’s orders to go twice a week so, I’ve started. Was lovely to see my friend and do a class. I’ve booked for July.
Tram, then a walk and stopped for a simple dinner. Then home for a cold shower. I briefly had both ACs on to cool my hot, stuffy place down. Summer is only just beginning.
