Maya

This is Maya. She is very photogenic, but difficult to capture.  Today, she refused to be photographed - either she saw the lens pointing at her, heard the beep of the focus, or both, and then ran towards me.  And then, when I turned my attention to the daisies, she plonked herself unceremoniously behind them, cleaning her belly with gusto. I had to employ a decoy to distract her into a more visually pleasing pose and then work fast, as not much distracts Maya from a good belly lick for long.
