The Cumbrian Riviera

While much of the country has had hot sunshine for the past few days the weather in Grange has been about 17C and with quite a bit of rain for good measure.  Today, however, the heat has reached us.  I walked down to the prom this morning as it was the monthly Prom Art festival when local artists and craftspeople gather on the prom.  It was well attended without being too busy and people were enjoying the hot weather. Although the temperature was great down on the prom I did find it just a bit too hot when I came to walk back home up the hill.
