Canal Cat

On my walk along the canal this afternoon I stopped to say hello to this cat who was snoozing on a bench. He/She/It became quite vocal in response to my caresses, then climbed onto my knee when I sat down and happily accepted the doggy treats I had in my pocket.

Presumably from one of the townhouses across the canal, tame and well-cared-for despite the gunky eye.
