Breakfast?

Absolutely none consumed so Penny thinks that it was  more of a "baby sensory session"! Poor old Pen. It's pretty toast here today too so that probably isn't helping. I've had quite a few "little rests" over the day. I started off with watering in the garden - still pretty cool at that stage. Then (unintended but useful) I spent an hour having something of a "ratification" in my wardrobe and identified a couple of things to go on eBay and ditto to the charity shop (assuming eBay unsuccessful). John Lewis has a sale on just now and i spent another wee while packing up some things that I had ordered but on arrival realised that I really don't need. I feel that was a result of sorts. I've been to drop off some bits at the charity shop - I just got a letter from the Princess Alice charity saying that my unwanted bits and bobs sold for £1158 last tax year and they can claim 20% back on that  - deffo a result. While there I picked up some skirts (sale or return for M next door who is going to try them on). That is about it. I was going to pop down to see Penny but they have been having a "lively" time with Ottilie so I will leave it for today.  8546 steps so far.
