Dobbie The House Elf

At my sister’s house yesterday our granddaughters were intrigued by a ‘door’ in her hedge..literally a large wooden door that has been ‘incorporated’ into the hedge, hasn’t been opened in years…it serves as feature only!

We kidded them along saying it was a portal that could only be opened by magic…they are both keen Harry Potter fans but they couldn’t find the right spell!

Anyway, today when we went to their house for lunch, my sister said they should go and try again..and this time it they were able to work their magic..and it opened. There was a chair in the middle of the hedge with two soft toys sitting on it…they were just so excited.

So we now have two Dobbie Squishmallows helping to fill the car.

Anyway, at a service station stop, I grabbed a shot of one of them sitting on a car seat while the others were inside.

Only blippable photo I managed really..although I appear to have featured in several groups with varying numbers of family members..there were 4 generations together this weekend, so there lots of pictures taken..just not by me!

Posting my second blip from the car today, having backblipped for yesterday..been another long journey..involving M25 and M1 delays

Hopefully normal service will resume from Monday!
