Main activity: Sun - M acupuncture, errands, around the house
Notes: Slow morning, we left ~830a then for Michelle's acupuncture place. From there, headed to Aldi but didn't quite find everything so went back to Whole Foods - got 2 more yogurts, 10 of the Barnana plantain chips (on sale, they were out when I went Fri) and some good butter lettuce to use w/ the the grass-fed beef barbecue later. Came back and had coffee, then Michelle went to get eyebrows done nearby, back for a bit and she left again to meet a colleague. I relaxed, cleaned up kitchen and watched some more Animal Kingdom in the AC (hot out). Low key rest of the day - meal later was good. Also did Essentrics and watched more of The Crowded Room and Ted Lasso.
