Istanbul with friends

What a wonderful day!
A lovely time in Ortaköy meeting Robin and her cousin Patti who are here for a few days. We toured the Sunday market craft stalls, ate at two different local cuisine places, and best of all did the Bosphorus boat trip that I like to do every time I come back to Istanbul. Then we went back to college campus and spent a thoroughly enjoyable time with (neighbour friend colleague) Melissa chatting away on her balcony until eventually it was time for Robin and Patti to return to their hotel.  I'll see them again next weekend when they get back from Cappadocia.
