River Rebels

I went swimming in the Ribble with the Ribble Rebels this morning. The black Labrador in the picture dives down under the water and swims around looking for the right rock. It then swims about with it in its mouth. It was too deep and fast to swim up stream so we walked along the bank around a corner. Then we had to swim out into the middle drift down stream and cut back in to make it to a gravel beach. It was quite tricky. I also cycled about 20 miles this afternoon so I have decided I I have done a triathlon.
