Road rash, ouch . Mike came off his bike outside the house in the rain, he’s far too speedy in the wet. He’s hurt his ribs and foot ( crutches were borrowed in order for him to be able to get up the stairs to bed )! Ice, elevation, anti inflammatorys, arnica, rescue remedy have all been ingested or applied. Might have to get an X Ray tomorrow on the foot if swelling not down.
Very wet parkrun, I tail walked and had excellent company with the winners wife who was walking it , got lots of tips about taking Camper-van for hols in France.
