Music Festival Time

One of my favorite times of the year - The Bellingham Festival of Music. This is its 32nd year and I’ve attended every year. Tonight was the first of the season, a concert featuring music from Russia. We heard the Shostakovich Festival Overture, Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony #5. What a feast for our ears. Simon Trpceski played the rhapsody. Just wow!
