Anthotypes

It’s very warm today so the session in the wellbeing garden was cancelled. As they didn’t have my phone number (now sorted) I went anyway. I harvested a range of flowers to make some anthotype emulsions for next week’s session. I’ve mixed up a beautiful purple from some sweet peas (and the studio smelled amazing), a vibrant orange from calendula and a reddish orange from nasturtiums.

I’m looking forward to getting the studio fully finished so it’s easier to work in there. Someone is coming this afternoon to measure for the flooring, and I am hoping to get the painting finished this week. So it shouldn’t be much longer.
