Hurrah! The first of the sweet peas are in flower! Now I have an excuse to pick as many as I like to encourage them to keep flowering for the next few months. I planted several varieties this year but the seedlings all got mixed up, so whats turns up where will be a surprise.

I went out late last night and made up this wee posy to celebrate - honeysuckle, geraniums and alchemilla mollis. I have used a beautiful vase from the Standen Pottery which Sarah and Chris gave me as an early birthday present.
