Tortoiseshell butterfly

There have been a few butterflies on my budlia yesterday and today. Some peacocks, small whites, commas and tortoiseshell butterflies. Very hot today, the dogs are zonked out inside, slightly cooler than outside, the door to the garden is open so they can choose what is best for them.
