Thames Path

Look forward to resuming this with my friend Richard. We started the Thames Path at the Thames Barrier in Woolwich in the spring of 2023 and have been doing the occasional section ever since, heading west towards the source near Kemble. Earlier this year we did Pangbourne to Wallingford in Oxon but have now stalled there. Full calendars and lots of family commitments getting in the way. Hopefully we'll push on in the autumn to Oxford and beyond. We need overnighters due to the logistics. Back in the 1980s when I had just finished school I managed to get as far as Lechlade,with a school friend. He'll join us for the final sections Lechlade to Kemble to complete the walk after a 45 year gap.
