Fell Foot

I thought I'd give you a bit of a change from the slipway at Fell Foot after my evening swim. This is the arch from one of the original old boathouses.   
A physio sorted out my leg this morning.  Amazing what difference a good thorough massage can make. She said to keep up the swimming so here I am. Water temperature 19.3°C
