Back in your own bed
I only took two photos today, both dogs. There's an extra of Buddy, Rowan's family dog. He's an elderly Akita, he didn't feel up to coming out to greet us, but did some lusty barking. We headed down via the coast road through Clare as we wanted to call in on Rowan's parents at their shop in Liscannor. There was heavy misty rain all the way in Clare, so the coast was hidden, we felt some compassion for the busloads of tourists at the Cliffs of Moher who weren't going to see much.
After a coffee, scone and some purchases by the lads in the shop it was a few hours drive to Cork to drop them off, then we picked the hairy one up from the kennels and another hour's drive to Clon. She, as you can see, is poleaxed from three days of stimulation hanging out with loads of dogs. Now she's back to her quiet life with a librarian and a retired librarian. What more could a girl want?
