I walked to the allotment to give everything a good soak before going to my daughter's for a few days, I also picked some veg for her. The journey was fine, and I was mindful that the Aygo X doesn't have the power that either of my last two cars had, but that's okay, it's not really intended as a motorway vehicle.

It's about 5° cooler here than in the Midlands, but the paddling pool has been filled!
