Sports Day

This morning I made sure I was ready to get to my Grandson's Sports Day, I missed it last year, so there was no stopping me today.
It seemed to go on forever, but so enjoyable watching him enjoy every minute of the games he played.
Here he is about to throw a Ball that looks a bit like a Dart, he threw it the furthest in his group.
Glad I got there a bit early & he was pleased to see me.
When it all finished I popped to Lidl to have a mooch & picked up a few food items that I don't see anywhere else.
Then home to visit Joan who had had a phone call from the Doctor saying all her bloods were fine & she'll live till she's at least 100, getting a Telegram from the King. :)
