Life is slowly returning to normal. There is only one largish project that is about to be completed. It's time to look for new projects. There is the ongoing stuff. I think I might have agreed to write a short history of the co-evolution of computers and scientific programming. Not sure I know enough. Let's see what I can find.

I quite often pass the Borsighaus with this fabulous statue. I am always reminded of the Alex Harvey song. Borsig started building locomotives in 1840. The first locomotive won a race against an imported British locomotive. Eventually Borsig became the worldwide second largest supplier of locomotives. This is the administrative building, in the centre of town.
