From the bus

A catch up in town with friends and far too many coffees. Returning home on the very shoogly bus I watched a young woman expertly apply black nail varnish to both hands, I was mesmerised.

Over loaded with caffeine and a couple of ibuprofen I joined my first run with the Southside Slowies, had I been doing a ParkRun I think it would have been a personal best.
