Tassel angels

My cousin Mark and his wife Sylvie came to visit us today, and we had a lovely time catching up on family news. I did a re-run of the lunch menu we had for our church friends last week, which seemed ideal for the very hot weather we’re currently experiencing. (Salmon fillets, spiralised courgette, pepper and avocado salad and home made coleslaw, followed by raspberry & cinnamon torte with raspberry sauce and Greek yoghurt.) That seemed to go down well!

Sylvie is a fellow crafter, and she had brought me lots of these tassel dolls to show me because she knows I’d love to make some myself (if I only had the time!). She belongs to a very creative and productive craft group and I love being able to talk crafts with her and compare notes. 

It may just be the case that these two little dolls, which were my favourites, have found themselves a new home here, where I can enjoy them before I give them to two little girls of my acquaintance ...
