Borage…

…plus two Ladybirds! I’ve seen so many bees, hover flies and ladybirds, caterpillars, as well as many other tiny creatures.
I love to see them and hear the birds when I’m in the garden. The blackbirds are so loud sitting on the TV aerials.
On the chimney pots the young jackdaws constantly caw-caw at their parents asking to be fed even though they are now as big as mum and dad!
Aaaah the sounds of summer!
I was in the extension mostly today trying out lino prints. I still have a lot to learn and my two main tools are a bit blunt now so I’ve ordered a sharpening tool from ‘Hand Printed’.
On July 12th I have another Lino Print course. I can’t wait to see Sean the tutor to ask him about certain issues I keep having - like blotchiness on the print. Is the ink too thick? Too thin? And some bits not showing up well, maybe the tool I was using is too narrow. 
The weather has been glorious and we had the bi-fold doors open all day.
