Tiresome Summer

A windy and dull morning, with showers throughout the day.  Rain started about teatime, it hasn't stopped all night.

A day working with Larry.  We've been on the mini mini essykert.  It was glass recycling bins in the morning, clinical waste before lunch, then black bag Lerwick mini route in the afternoon.  Walkies with Sammy after work, bumped into Julie and Keba.  We rushed home in the rain.  A quiet evening at home.

June summer has been tiresome, no beautiful heatwave weather for us, left out as usual.  The long winter waiting for summer, then we get a horrid windy and wet summer, with the odd day of sunshine, poor effort.  Although it has been wet and windy today, it wasn't cold but not a summer day I'll want to remember.  Collecting the glass recycling bins from Boddam, this was heading back to town.  Looking to Robin's Brae, Boddam.
