The Birthday Boy

John - the friend in centre of pic - is 90 today; we walked down to celebrate with them. They had a great family gathering on Saturday with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Today - the actual birthday - was a bit quieter. A few friends had called in during the afternoon and we dropped by early evening. So that's how 90 years pass - in the blink of an eye!
