Another hot day

Roses don’t seem to mind a bit. Other flowers look a bit withered and weary. As do I:-))
A lot of watering, deadheading etc in my garden. A neighbour had a fridge breakdown - an emergency request on the neighbourhood WhatsApp brought me and others to her door with freezer blocks and cold boxes. It’s good for things like that.
Counselling in the afternoon, continues to be interesting and challenging. I’m pretty sure it’s worth doing. Trouble sleeping, having nightmares.
