An outing

Although it was my brother's birthday day, he wanted to stay on the lounge while I took mum on an outing to Watson's Bay testing out the wheelchair.  I find it rather heavy pushing her around in it and also getting it in and out of the car but it is a loan from T and R so beggars can't be choosers.

We had fish and chips at Doyles.  I then took mum for a drive to where she used to live as a child.  She remembered exactly the street, the park opposite and the house number although she can't remember what she had for breakfast.  It's funny what is stored away in the memory.
