London contrasts

A sticky night in London. We decided to get the bus from Waterloo to where we were staying near Kings Cross. Bus from Waterloo kept disappearing, so we walked to Southwark station; and I spotted this view from the end of Wootton St.

The bus was even more humid and the hotel's aircon had broken.
