Awkward

Mum & Dad taking the teenagers out for breakfast. I wanted to catch them all headless but there's always one who wants to be awkward. 

I managed a very hot and drippy run first thing this morning, which took me about two hours to col down from, before meeting up with the rest of the gang (?!) for some prep work and a couple of updates on some ongoing pieces of work we're tracking.  I have a full evening of networking to come yet and am taking the opportunity now to selectively catch up with my emails and day job.   I've also dealt with the fist world problem of my lovely cleaner giving notice as she's moving out of the local area.  I've know her for eight years; I shall miss her.
