New Pedometer

I started earlier in the year to try and walk 1000 miles in 12 months. This was foiled by my catching various colds, a lung infection, and bad luck with several faulty pedometers. And laziness. Today is the first day back for pupils at local schools, so the first day of my retirement that I won't have to impart learning to a class of weans, so I thought I'd re-start my attempts at zero, with a hopefully more robust pedometer.
