I’m looking forward to the rain and cooler temperatures tomorrow. The heatwave is disruptive to my plans and sleep with these early walks.

A friend kindly drove me to visit Merlin. Merlin was disappointed that we had to stay in the house rather than a drive to his field. He barked at me a lot. Definitely not the fun auntie today!

I picked up the car on my return. I was so hot from the bus and walking I was actually pleased to go shopping on the way home for a cool down in the chilled section.
