Sweetie!

Arrived at the allotment to find that the chicken wire that supports the perennial sweet peas on the side of the shed had come away from its hooks - had to cut a lot of it down due to the sheer weight before I could re-attach it. Acquired many scratches and one broken nail. Then realised I'd left the strimmer battery at home. So just picked some stuff (petits pois, hurrah!), watered a bit, and came home. The best part of the visit was being joined by a little gang of bumbarrels, cheeping softly in the bush and trying out the suet cake I'd put out. What sweeties they are!
