Silly duck hadn’t a clue!

(I nearly couldn’t post this as it nearly had a sad ending.)

The young Great Tit must have got into the conservatory through a top window - very hard. I went in and opened the door wide but, before it could find the opening, it knocked itself against the window. It just lay there stunned until Gordon came, picked it up and put it outside on the bench.

It didn’t look good but eventually I saw it get up and later I watched it fly off.

Much cooler today, actually quite cold . . . and we had rain.
