Notes: Got to Chalet Woods for 8a pickleball - R calf is a bit tight again, had Laura (energy worker) do a bit on it and was able to go back and play the rest of the morning. Went to Trader Joe's on the way back for a handful of things. Shower when I got back and then ate some more leftovers. Decided to go try for a haircut nearby - left quickly for 1230p appt and was back before 1p. It's quite short tho and doesn't seem yet like a great cut. All that and forgot to get any pics while I was out. Another shower and cleaned the tub and toilet before relaxing. Michelle had less patients in afternoon. Big drenching thunderstorms came thru w/ loud booms and great lightning. Can't believe it's July! We did Essentrics a bit earlier and then ate. Watched the last episode of The Crowded room and then cleaned up the kitchen and both took a break in our rooms - Michelle talked to Suzanne. Later we watched more Ted Lasso and wound down a bit early.
