Swandro

Had the pleasure guiding of a couple of Australian guys around Orkney for the past two days. They were great fun. After wandering the World Heritage site yesterday, today we took the ferry over to Rousay and delved into the Neolithic, Iron Age and Viking history of the island. Including a visit to the dig at Swandro.

We also spent some time poking around in peat bogs looking for different mosses and sundews. Love it when a guest is into plants.
