Are you happy now?!

The Senate just passed the regime’s ‘big beautiful bill’ by one deciding vote (from the VP). Here’s how an independent politician describes it:

“This bill is a farce” said Senator Angus King (I-ME). “Imagine a bunch of guys sitting around a table saying, “I’ve got a great idea. Let’s give $32,000 worth of tax breaks to a millionaire and we’ll pay for it by taking health insurance away from low income and middle income people. And to top it off, we cut food stamps, we cut SNAP, we cut food aid to people?’…I have never seen a bill this bad. I have never seen a bill this irresponsible, regressive and downright cruel.”

and you’d have thought that after seeing the excesses (and large amounts of Botox) for Bezos’ wedding in Venice this weekend, people might have had second thoughts about giving billionaires even more money….

There’s a slim (to none) chance that the bill does not pass the House next but not holding my breath. Of course none of these ‘august’ politicians will be affected by this: they are conveniently excluded…
