Living the Dream

A chance encounter in Lidl yesterday resulted in drinks at the Illa D’Or with blipper D. She has shamed me into blipping again. I must get back into the habit…. How many days will I manage?!

ETA - if I’m going to do this properly again, today after our early morning sea swim, we headed to Alcúdia to meet their family, not realising it was market day. It was hot - too hot! MrRoly was on pram duties and managed to keep GN sleeping for a good time. We found a great restaurant that fitted all 8 of us in to shady garden then fussed over the baby, bringing a fan to keep her cool as well as some cracking tapas. We left mid afternoon and headed back to the air conditioned apartment for a siesta before meeting D at the Illa D’Or. We swam both before and after our meeting! The sea is so warm’
