Eye catching
Honley Agricultural Show today, and I was drumming with Valley Beats as part of the entertainment programme. MrM came along too to watch, and we gave three of the other drummers a lift. We arrived in plenty of time to look round the show - as you'd expect, all sorts of trade stands as well as lots of farm animals, a dog show, food stalls (very expensive), the obligatory beer tent., and lots of entertainment throughout the day. This van belongs to a business selling dog treats; you'd probably do a double take if it passed you on the road!
After we'd finished drumming MrM drove us all back home, and we walked round to the local pub for some well-deserved liquid refreshment.
Later in the day MrM and I went to P and J's garden party, lots of people there most of whom are musicians, and MrM joined the throng to play guitar. It was a relief to see a friend there, also a non-musician - we chatted for most of the evening.
