Thankful

 was dropped at the park at 7am and headed straight to the woods to spray the roots and rubble with paint.  I was so grateful for the support of the other run directors.today.

There was a football tournament at the park. Historically this park share has always a busy parkrun evwnt to manage, with parents arriving late for the football, emotions are high and people have, on occasions, been rude to our volunteers.

Afterwards it was a pitstop at home.to.change into swimwear and gather provisions.

A.wonderful.swim.amd picnic.  Exhausted at the end of the day.
