Out on the lake
I awoke to sad news my parents dog Jet was put to rest. He was Pip (right in pic) and Rustys brother from our litter of pups. We kept him until he was nearly 6 months old until my parents could take him. He was such a wonderfull boy. I headed out to the lake to have some time to process it. It was a shock to everyone.
Later in the day I had to help husband by going with his work truck to tow his quad bike out of a bog. Then we headed out to the lake again on the paddleboards. I noticed the clouds starting to form once we were out on the lake and a thunderstorm started to rumble so it was a short lake time. We were under a severe thunderstorm watch so conditions were ideal for powerful storms. They all stayed south of us this time though. Although there was brief excitement when we got a tornado alert warning on our phones. A first time for us. The storm that was trying to produce a tornado was well east of us heading NE so we were safe. Quite the day in the end.
